Abstract

The article deals with organizational, administrative, managerial processes in the judicial system. The author considers implicit, informal practices in judicial administration. It is noted that these practices influence the judges, including from the side of the chairman of the court. It is dealt with the ability of judges to respond to an implicit influence on their independence in judicial administration. Attention is drawn to the possibility of a judge to actually apply for protection if the management is ineffective. The author concludes that it is necessary to expand the forms of communication between the chairman of the court, the bodies of the judicial community and judges and it is necessary to reduce bureaucracy.
