Compliance with principles of equality and equal rightswhile suspension of enforcement proceedings in the case of moratorium on bankruptcy

Abstract

In the publication, the author examines measures of maintaining economic stability in the form of introduction of moratorium on bankruptcy and finds a violation of principles of equality before the law and of the parties in the process of “total” suspension of enforcement proceedings against the debtors to whom the moratorium will apply.
