The article examines the peculiarities of legal regulation and problems of judicial practice on the implementation by the employer of the obligation to offer employees subject to dismissal due to a reduction in the number or staff of the organization, vacant positions of teachers belonging to the teaching staff, as well as positions of researchers, filled by competition.
