Dismissal of employees from among the teaching staff and researchers in connection with the reduction of the number or staff of the organization: problems of legal regulation and judicial practice

Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of legal regulation and problems of judicial practice on the implementation by the employer of the obligation to offer employees subject to dismissal due to a reduction in the number or staff of the organization, vacant positions of teachers belonging to the teaching staff, as well as positions of researchers, filled by competition.
