The article discusses the essence and features of the structuring of objects of forensic cognition. For methodological purposes, the author differentiates the concepts of "criminalistic object" and "criminalistically significant object". It is concluded that the common object of criminalistic cognition is activity (criminal and criminalistic). On this basis, the most significant private forensic objects are determined and the methodological principles of their structuring are characterized. Conclusions are formulated about the importance of the system-structural approach in forensic science and practice.
