About some problems of qualification of involvement of minors in committing crimes

The article examines some of the problems that arise when qualifying the involvement of minors in the commission of crimes. The author conducts a critical analysis of the available approaches to the differentiation of compositions provided for by art. 150, 205.1, 212, 282.1, 282.2, 361 The Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, as well as offers ways to overcome the competition of these norms.
