Professor s. N. Baburin on the moral state, the territory of the state and integration constitutionalism

Abstract

The publication is devoted to well-known scientific concepts developed by Professor S. N. Baburin. Some important postulates of these author's concepts are outlined, attention is briefly drawn to the history of the formation of scientific views that substantiate the development of concepts, and the development of the provisions of the concepts in the current legislation and modern scientific publications is shown.
