Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the content and constitutional and legal prerequisites for the electoral activity of citizens of the Russian Federation, depending on their ideological attitudes. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the infl uence of personality's religious and ideological beliefs on the level of it’s involvement in the process of exercising his active suffrage. The most common problems in this area are considered, possible legal and organizational options for their solution are proposed.
