Abstract

The article systematically discloses the methods and procedure for voting on the agenda of the general meeting of owners of premises in an apartment building, held in the form of absentee voting using an information system (primarily in terms of comparing various forms of holding a meeting); special attention is paid to the aspect of proper execution of the meeting protocol.
