State support for entrepreneurship in the conditions of sanctions (on the example of IT-technologies)

Abstract

The sanctions imposed in 2022 against the Russian Federation demonstrated how much the economy of our country depends on imported information technologies. Today, the state is faced with the task of making the technology market of the Russian Federation competitive, therefore, it is necessary to take measures of state support for entrepreneurship in the field of IT-technologies.
