Correlation of digital technologies and modern system of preventive measures

Abstract

The paper presents the legislator's view on the digitalization of the sphere of criminal proceedings, in particular, the institution of preventive measures. Digitalization of the sphere of criminal proceedings is a response to the modern challenges of the development of society and the state, the necessary tools in the hands of the law enforcement officer, ensuring the solution of the tasks set. The analysis of the regulatory framework indicates the need and importance of using digital technologies in the mechanism of choosing certain types of preventive measures.
