Explanation of the expert in the preliminary investigation

The article explores the possibility of replacing the interrogation of an expert with the procedure for obtaining an expert's explanation. Interrogation of an expert requires the activity of an expert. This is inherent in the procedure for obtaining an expert's explanation. An explanation is not proof. It can be obtained in a free dialogue form of communication between the bearer of special knowledge and the investigator.
