Some problems concerning determining of budgetary appropriations on the provision of state (municipal) services (performance of works) in budgetary law

The paper attempts to reveal the features and content of the budgetary and legal concept of budgetary allocations for the provision of state (municipal) services (performance of works). On the opinion of the author, the budgetary allocations finances services (works) in their understanding provided for by federal laws. That services (works) could be provided (performed) by state authorities (local self-government bodies), state (municipal) institutions and, in cases established by legislation, other legal entities, and the execution of state (municipal) functions. At the same time, the provision of state (municipal) services differs from the performance of state (municipal) works in the circle of their consumers.
