About legal pedagogy in higher education: questions of theory and practice

Abstract

The publication is devoted to legal pedagogy as an interdisciplinary field of scientific knowledge. The author's understanding of legal pedagogy is proposed. It is concluded that many normative prescriptions of modern Russian law are formulated on the basis of pedagogical developments. The publication focuses on some topical issues of modern legal pedagogy at a classical university based on information about the activities of the Faculty of Law of Voronezh State University over the past few years.
