Abstract

The relevance of the topic is due to the special role of local self-governments in the system of public authority of the Russian Federation and incessant search of optimal interaction between region state authorities of the Russian Federation and local authorities in order to most effectively implementation of them attributions to solve political problems facing the state, as well as to organize participation of local self-governments in the implementation of Regional and Federal projects.
