Abstract

The article deals with the problem of improving the quality of municipal rulemaking, examines the relevant experience of the Voronezh region and other subjects of the Russian Federation, suggests possible areas of activity to improve and increase the level of legality of municipal regulatory legal acts. The issue of organizing monitoring of regulatory legal acts of all levels of public authority for compliance with the current legislation as the main tool for ensuring their legality is highlighted separately.
