Legal regulation of the provision of annual paid holidays in the Russian Federation: status, trends and prospects for improvement

Abstract

The article examines the legal mechanism for the provision and use of annual paid holidays established for employees in the Russian Federation. The labor legislation regulating vacations is considered, proposals are put forward aimed at its improvement. The shortcomings and trends in the development of labor legislation on holidays in the sphere of the use of dependent labor are investigated.
