Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of issues of the implementation of justice using artificial intelligence technologies in foreign countries, the possibility of adapting Russian legislation for the use of artificial intelligence, taking into account the experience of foreign countries, as well as potential areas of technology regulation for administrative justice purposes, which may subsequently affect the implementation of robo-justice and predictive justice.
