Abstract

The research subject of this paper is the analysis of contemporary law enforcement practices of dealing with volume (administrative) offenses violating the regime of residence in the Russian Federation by foreign citizens and stateless persons as a key stage of administrative and tort proceedings. A provision on the importance of court clarifications in filling the gaps in the legal regulation of the management procedure of volume (administrative) offenses in relation to the analyzed category is put forward as a hypothesis of the current study.
