Abstract

It is analysis the experience of the Federal Republic of Germany on the legislative consolidation of the procedure for considering a misdemeanor, as well as comparing this procedure with the special procedure of criminal proceedings under the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and the issuance of a court order under the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
