Abstract

The article examines and analyzes the legislation regulating working conditions in the field of dependent labor, and makes critical comments and proposals aimed at improving the legal mechanism of labor protection. Particular attention is paid to the study of legal problems related to the prevention and elimination of negative factors affecting the body of workers in the process of work.
