Subjects of public administration in railway transport security

The article presents the results of the analysis of the powers of public administration subjects in railway transport security. Having analyzed a common public interest, present information links, consistent implementation of managerial functions, and interaction at all stages of providing transport security, the author established their systemic unity. The author suggests a classification of public administration subjects in different aspects and proposes some amendments to the Federal Law "On Railway Transport in the Russian Federation".
