Administrative legal personality of an individual: concept and content

In this article, based on the study of the concept of "legal personality" in the theory of law, the author examines the branch affiliation of this category and analyzes the legislation of the Russian Federation, revealing certain elements of legal personality. As a result of the conducted research, the definition of administrative legal personality and the characteristics of individual structural elements of this concept are given.
