Abstract

The authors' fundamental positions regarding understanding the effectiveness of legal norms on legal liability in administrative law are highlighted. The concept, types, criteria, indicators and conditions for the effectiveness of responsibility are considered. Critical judgments of opponents regarding the methodological approaches of the authors to determining the effectiveness of the phenomena being studied, as well as counterarguments, are given.
