Abstract

The article presents the results of a comprehensive study of the procedure and grounds for bringing to administrative responsibility for the promotion of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances on the Internet. The problematic issues of qualification and bringing to administrative responsibility for the commission of the acts in question are disclosed. Possible options for improving the normative regulation and profile law enforcement practice are proposed.
