Turkish legislation on foreign investment in the context of international legal cooperation with Russia

Abstract

The article provides an overview of the main features of the legislation on foreign investment in Turkey in the context of international cooperation with Russia. As part of the study of Turkish investment regulators, the main characteristics and distinctive features of regulation are revealed, and the possibilities for potential reception of legislative approaches within the framework of Russian legislation are also noted.
