Abstract

The article explores various points of view on understanding the essence of insignificance of an act, but even in different approaches it is possible to find common characteristics. It is necessary, according to the author, to formalize the significant features of the insignificance of an act that are offered by a doctrine directly in the Criminal Law of the Russian Federation. The result of this article is the formulation of signs that would allow courts to establish the insignificance of an act.
