Abstract

The paper analyses the issues related to possibility and limits for judicial constitutional supervision in respect of EAEU legal acts. Referring to the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation the author concludes that such legal acts cannot be placed completely outside the scope of constitutional supervision, if they are accepted as having autonomous meaning in the legal framework of Eurasian economic integration process.
