Abstract

The relevance of studying the legal regulation of the means of territorial planning of defense and security facilities in the Soviet and modern period is due to the need for their research and improvement in order to apply the experience gained in the conditions of the modern military-political situation, including in the territories annexed to the Russian Federation. The subject of the study is the administrative acts of the authorities that determined the order of placement of objects of defense and security. The purpose of the article is to determine the means of legal regulation of territorial planning and their comparative legal analysis. The study was conducted using comparative legal and historical-legal methodology based on the legislation of the Soviet and modern period. The article draws conclusions regarding the definition of certain means of legal regulation of territorial planning of military facilities and the need to improve the current legislation in this area. The results and conclusions of the article can be used to improve the current legislation in the field of territorial planning.
