Federal law "On the prosecution of the Russian federation": problems of interpretation of regulations on public service in bodies and organizations prosecution

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the norms of the Federal Law "On the Prosecution of the Russian Federation" relating to the regulation of the public service of prosecutors in the prosecutor's office. The issues of the legal status of prosecutors, the legal nature of relations between prosecutors and prosecutors during the period of public service, and the problems of interpreting certain norms of the law are investigated. The conclusion is made about the need for further modernization of the Federal Law "On the Prosecution of the Russian Federation" in the part related to the regulation of the public service of prosecutors, as well as the conclusion about the advisability of adopting a special law on the prosecutor's service.
