Upward movement: about the new professional growth possibility of a judge

Abstract

Changes in the legislation on the status of judges, adopted on the eve of the centenary of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, are considered. The high stimulating potential of such innovations was noted due to the regulation of the possibility of assigning a qualification class to a judge above the limit for the position to be filled and the implementation of guarantees associated with the use of this incentive measure.
