On universal succession in the rights and obligations of the supplier (contractor) under state (municipal) contracts

Abstract

The features of the transfer of rights and obligations of the supplier (contractor) in state (municipal) contracts are considered. The article analyzes the legal, technical, dogmatic and political grounds for restricting succession on the side of the supplier (contractor). The issues of transfer of rights under contracts in the case of reorganization of legal entities, as well as in the order of inheritance, are investigated.
