Content characteristics of service disputes as a type of administrative legal disputes

Abstract

Based on the analysis of regulatory legal acts, the positions of representatives of the science of administrative and labor law, the concept, legal nature and content of servise disputes are considered. The parties, subject and basis of disputes related to the performance of various types of public service are analyzed. A universal concept of an official dispute is proposed and the conclusion is drawn that the legal category under study is a type of administrative legal dispute.
