Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the practice of formation and improvement of the system of public authorities in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The author makes proposals on the delimitation of competence between state authorities in the subjects of the Russian Federation in the framework of the implementation of constitutional reform.
