Popularization of legal science in Russia: questions of theory and practice

Abstract

The publication is devoted to the problems of popularization of legal science. The author reveals the concept, causes, types, formats of the event, the importance of popularization of law. The author comes to the conclusion that the popularization of legal science, unlike natural sciences, is insufficiently framed in the mass consciousness and the need for special attention to the development of this area of educational and pedagogical activity. The publication pays attention to some original examples of the popularization of legal science at a classical university based on information about the activities of the law faculty of Voronezh State University over the past few years.
