Abstract

The article, based on a systematic analysis of legal doctrine and practice, examines the special characteristics of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, and also reveals the essence of the legal positions of the Court as the substantive parts of the decisions, bearing their main argumentative and methodological load. The author comes to the conclusion that the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation have special, essentially normative, properties and have an effective influence on the Russian legal system.
