Abstract

Forensic expertology and criminalistics are recognized sciences that have their own object, subject, principles and methods of scientific research, while these sciences have common roots. Each of the sciences under consideration occupies its own niche in the system of sciences and has no subordinate character. Both sciences have different features and several common features, including – their developments are effectively used in various types of legal proceedings and other types of jurisdictional activities.
