Abstract

In the article the authors conduct a comparative legal analysis of current law enforcement practice in relation to cryptocurrency and digital assets. To realize the legitimate interests of public authorities in this area and create clear and reliable regulation, the authors propose regulatory innovations aimed at preventing abuse of the potential of these assets and seeking additional powers of relevant government authorities to confiscate them in a faster and easier way.
