Abstract

The article reflects the contribution to the development of the theory of constitutional-legal (state-legal) relations of Professor Viktor Stepanovich Osnovin. The main object of the study is the features of constitutional and legal relations with the participation of the state: the author determines how, in what guise, the Russian state participates in constitutional and legal relations of varying degrees of certainty, and identifies the specifics of the subjects, objects and content of these legal relations. Attention is also paid to practical problems that arise in the process of implementing the constitutional-legal status of the Russian state, and some proposals aimed at solving them are formulated.
