On the essence and meaning of information in the scientific views of PROFESSOR Viсtor Stepanovich Osnovin

Abstract

Based on the analysis of V. S. Osnovin's works, his approaches to the concepts of management and information are considered; the requirements for information are presented; the author's concept of classifying information on various grounds is presented; the function of information support is revealed, indicating its shortcomings in the field of management. Despite the significant legislative and organizational changes that have occurred in recent years in Russia, the value and relevance of V. S. Osnovin's scientific works for the further development of modern legal science is argued.
