Abstract

The article is written in tribute to the memory of a prominent scientist in the field of state law, professor Viktor Stepanovich Osnovin, in connection with the 100th anniversary of his birth in 2024. The article presents the scientific views of V. S. Оsnovin the fundamentals on the problems of higher legal education, set out in publications from different years during his work at the faculty of law of Voronezh State University.
