Abstract

The financial activity of local self-government is subject to the financial and legal policy of the Russian State, which is based on the federal form of government. The article analyses as an understanding of the principle of financial federalism and the order of the fiscal interaction of the Federation and the constituent entities of the Russian Federation influences the guarantee of financial autonomy of local self-government. The author concludes that the centralized order of federal relations is broadcast on the level of regional-municipal interaction in the form of excessive regulatory influence of subjects of the Russian Federation on local budgets.
