Abstract

The article analyzes the development of legal regulation of the institute of state digital communication in Russia both in retrospect and in the current state. The normative legal acts regulating the digital interaction of public authorities, local self-government and the population are considered. The problems hindering the digitalization of government feedback have been identified, and ways to solve them have been proposed.
