It is gives the author’s interpretation of the theoretical model of expenses for a representative in court. On the basis of an analysis of the exercise on the obligations on the application of efforts and judicial practice, the consideration of disputes on the distribution of legal costs is proposed by scientific and practical tools for assessing the rationality court of expenses for the representative.
