Pre-judicial resolution of office disputes: main problems and key areas for improvement of service legislation

Abstract

The pre-judicial procedure of consideration of service disputes is analyzed in relation to all types of public service. Proposals are made to improve the formation and functioning of commissions on service disputes in the state civil service. The conclusions about the possibilities of modernization of the pre-trial procedure of appealing the heads of employees of other types of civil service are formulated.
