Formation of the institute of administrative appeal in Russia

Abstract

In this article the historical analysis of the stages of formation and legislative consolidation of the institute of administrative appeal in Russia in a wide historical interval from the XV to XX century is carried out. Various aspects and features of the development of the institute of administrative appeal in the historical context are analyzed. The procedural similarity of administrative appeal and judicial process, as well as the process of formation of administrative justice is considered.
