The idea of creating cryptocurrencies lay in the plane of developing an alternative payment mechanism for those who do not have access to banking services, or those who are located in regions where the official financial system suffers from widespread corruption and ineffective regulation, or ceases to exist altogether as a result of a systemic conflict. Сryptocurrency is a global technology and the development of the basics of its regulation should be carried out jointly with technology companies, government and international bodies to form the foundations of a regulatory framework integrated into the global financial system.
