Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal aspect of the phenomenon of trust in society. The paper reveals the features of trust in various societies and legal systems. Trust in law is analyzed in the context of the formation of the phenomenon of legitimacy. The relationship between trust in society and the effectiveness of legal regulation is substantiated. The author substantiates the importance of communication procedures in the context of modernization and digitalization of the legal system to ensure the legitimacy of the law.
