Abstract

Provides an overview of the reports and messages read by the participants of the round table with international participation «Employment, labor, legal relations», dedicated to the centenary of the birth of Professor V. N. Skobelkin, held on March 22, 2024 at the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The main directions of adaptation of labor law and fundamental scientific research in this area to emerging new forms of labor organization in the context of expanding differentiation of labor law, based on the theory of plurality of labor relations bu V. N. Skobelkina are outlined.
