Public law provision of transport security in the context of digital transformation

Abstract

It is examines the trends of public law regulation of transport security in the context of digital transformation of the transport sector of the economy. The author analyzes the features of the current legislation and the methods used by the legislator to regulate transport security. As a result of the research, the author substantiates the proposal on the priority of the imperative method of regulation, since the sphere of transport security is an integral part of the national security of the state and must ensure the stable and safe functioning of the transport complex. At the same time, based on the analysis of existing regulatory legal acts, the author has developed proposals for updating legislation in the field of transport security.
