Evolution of law enforcement in the focus of digitalization of law

The article considers legal aspects of the impact and influence of digital technologies on the process of law enforcement. The article analyzes the advantages and risks associated with the algorithmization of legal proceedings, the use of robots in the administration of justice, giving artificial intelligence elements of legal personality. The conclusion about the positive influence of digital technologies on the quality of justice related to its technical part is formulated.
